I’ve done several different series of posts in the almost four years of this blog, including My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers, Morning and Evening by Charles Spurgeon, and the Constitution Party Platform. I’d like to begin adding to that The Federalist Papers by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay in light of the early onset of the political season. I haven’t read them all (not even close), but by the time I’m done posting them that will be rectified. Despite that, I think the Federalist Papers are a must read for everyone interested in politics at all (and I mean even if you’re only interested enough to vote).

You do realize that by reading these subversive papers, you will get on an FBI list, right? I’m not kidding, I’ve been to some “seminars” and such — The Federalist Papers are held up as an example of reading from “extremist” groups.
Wow, you’ve got to be pretty twisted to consider those who read historical documents as extremists! Next thing you know, I’ll be arrested for voting for someone other than a Democrat or Republican.
What will they think when I finish these and post the Anti-Federalist papers?
Actually, I’m not entirely convinced. I’m not that much of a conspiracy theorist, but then I’ve also heard the same of people who dare actually read the Constitution.
Oh well, that’s the Left for you. They can’t win an intelligent, honest debate, so they resort to branding their opposition “extremists”.
